Play Based Learning
Our fun, play-based learning program based on the Early Years Learning Framework, provides an environment where the principles of literacy and numeracy are seamlessly integrated with science, environmental studies, music and art and social-emotional development.
Each child is provided with the opportunity to develop self-confidence and other fundamental life skills that support their social and cognitive development through structured and unstructured play experiences.
Play-based learning provides every child with plenty of interesting things to do – a stimulating environment that encourages thinking and activity and loads of space to run, jump, play and build up not only their bodies … but their imaginations too!
Family Grouping
Remember when little children’s lives revolved around playing in the backyard, and their best friends were their siblings, cousins and neighbours? At The Kindiclub Preschool we have embraced that philosophy with our mixed-age early learning environment – not a standard approach to childcare but an intentional approach to enriched learning and allows children to nurture their social and intellectual growth.
Younger children build confidence and enhance their language and behavioural skills – maximizing intellectual potential. Older children benefit from ‘mentoring’ younger children, which builds on their sense of responsibility, leadership and empathy skills.
Mixed-age interaction brings tremendous developmental benefits. It allows creative ways to help children nurture their skillset and maximize their potential while they have some fun!
